Entrance sign needs well name.-Tank 1,Seep leaking needs repair,Thief hatches need maintenance.DV Controller at Sep venting(red flag).
On,11/5/19,RW inspected well.All inspection items were documented on the Inspection Checklist and Operator was notified of issues requiring action.On 12/9/19,
RW conducted a follow-up inspection of the well site.All items requiring further attention from the Operator were not yet resolved.The Operator was contacted
and/or another follow-up inspection will be conducted. on 1/27/19,RW conducted a 2"d follow-up inspection of the well site. All items requiring further attention
from the Operator were not yet resolved.On 2/24/20,RW received an email with pictures showing the issues with the entrance sign were resolved
