Tank(A)Thief Hatch latch frozen in open postion needs maint. Surplus Tank on location needs to be removed. Recommend weed
control touch-up around Foam Line and Incinerator. On 6/10/20, RW&AP conducted a follow-up inspection, Thief hatch and weed
control issues were addressed. Surplus Tank on location had not been removed, however Operator requested an extention of time to
7/15/20 to have tank removed. Request was granted and this inspection is conditionally closed. A spot inspection will be conducted on
7/15/20.
