Announcement Single Sign On UpdatedNEOGOV Single Sign On
We are pleased to announce that NEOGOV will now be “Single Sign On,” meaning that if you City email
address, you no longer need a separate NEOGOV login & password. To utilize this feature, you can click
on the new NeoGov link on the main navigation bar on the HUB
You can use the following link and save it as a bookmark/favorite in your browser for quick reference.

When logging in, there are a few things to consider.
• Single Sign On uses your City username and password to login so you don’t have to maintain a
separate password.
• Single Sign On will automatically log you into NEOGOV without having to type in your password.
There are exceptions to this as follows:
o If you are not on the City network (in which case, you would continue to access
NEOGOV by browsing to www.neogov.com and logging in with your email address and
password.)
o You are using Chrome (Chrome may require you to enter your password periodically)
If you are not automatically logged into NEOGOV, one of the following two screens may appear. These
are asking you to login to Office 365, which is your email address and your City password.

If you are redirected to the following page, this is normal. You are logging in on a browser the first time
and can click Next to proceed with updating the information that is being asked for. Once completed,
you will be logged into NEOGOV.
