Definition: Responsible for set-up and clean up of birthday party area, greeting and assisting guests, serving food and beverages, and assisting with party games.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for working scheduled parties and events at Water Works Park and Denton Natatorium
Greet guests and help bring in and store gifts
Responsible for all set up and clean up for booked parties
Serve food and beverages to all party guests
Maintain positive relationships with all employees and supervisors
Follows established City of Denton policies and procedures
Must have ability to deal with guests in a courteous and professional manner
Directs all guests to areas throughout Water Works Park and the Denton Natatorium
Attend all staff meetings and trainings as required
Regular and punctual attendance
Additional Duties:
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications / Acceptable Equivalency:
Must be at least 16 years of age
Minimum of one year experience with customer service
Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and have an outgoing personality
OR
Any combination of related education, experience, certifications and licenses that will result in a candidate successfully performing the essential functions of the job
