thereof recorded in Volume 10, page 11 of the Denton County Plat
Records, said tract or parcel of land is herein described as follows;

BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the South line of Brumley Road
(50 ft. R-O-W) at the Northwest corner of said Lot 5 for the
Northwest corner hereof, said corner being the Northeast corner of
Lot 6;
THENCE along the South line of Brumley Road, South 87 degrees 34
minutes 34 seconds East 200.00 feet to an iron rod found at the
Northeast corner of said Lot 4 for the Northeast corner hereof;
