Plat thereof recorded in Volume 5, page 17 of the Denton County Plat
Records, said tract or parcel of land more particularly being all that 0.499
acre tract conveyed by BIG D COMMERCIAL VENTRUES, LLC, to RAFAEL J.

of 241.44 feet to an one—half inch capped iron rod found for a common

and the roadway ditches within the City right—of—way

include, but not be limited to the following items:
