COUNTY OF DENTON; WHEREAS WE, Dwayne O'Dell and Mary Elizabeth ODell are the
owners of that certain lot, tract, or parcel of land situated in the D. Cowan Survey
Abstract Number 304 in the City of Krugerville, Denton County, Texas, being all of Lot 1,
Block C, Extension Number One of Country Estates Subdivision, an addition to the City of
Krugerville, Denton County, Texas according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 6,
Page 18, Plat Records. Denton County, Texas and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found for comer in the north line of Larry Road, a public
roadwa ' v having a right-of-way of 60.0 feet, said point being the southwest Comer Lot 2 in
said Block C of said Extension Number One of Country Estates Subdivision;
THENCE N 85 " 48'40" W, 200,09 feet with said north fine of said Larry Road to an
iron rod found for corner in the east line of Squires Lane, a public roadway having a
right-of-way of 60.0 feet:
THENCE N 04 0 02'27" E, 255.55 feet with said east line of said Squires Lane to an
iron rod found for comer in the south line of that certain tract of land conveyed by from
Clifton Inck and wife, Nadene hick to H&N JV Inc. recorded in Volume 4756, Page 0001.
Real Property Records, Denton County, Texas:
THENCE S 85 " 0 Y 12" E, ,200.00 feet with said south line of said H&N .lid, Inc, tract
to an iron rod found for comer, said point being the northwest corner of said Lot 2;
THENCE S 04 11 00'49" W, 252.79 feet with the west line of said Lot 2 to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 1.167 acre of land .
Now THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN B Y THESE PRESENTS THA T WE , the aforesaid
do hereby adopt this plat designating the herein above tract as LOTS IR-1 and IR-2,
BLOCK C, EXTENSION NUMBER ONE OF COUNTRY ES TA TES SUBDIVISION, being a
reel of Lot 1, Block C Extension Number One of Country Estates Subdivision, an
addition to the City of Krugerville, Denton County, Texas, and do hereby dedicate to the
public use forever all utility easements, drainage easements, and streets as shown hereon.

growths which may endanger or interfere with the construction, maintenance, Of efficiency Of
its respective system on the utility easement for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing,
