WHEREAS MILDRED JOAN TAYLOR is the owner of all that certain tract of land

situated in the F.H. Pollard Survev, Abstract ;Number 995, Denton County,
Texas and being all of the called 1.00 acre tract described in the deed
from E.H. Clemmer et ux to Mildred Joan Taylor recorded in Volume 2536
Page 351 of the Real Property Records of. Denton County, Texas as recognized
and occupied on the ground; the subject tract being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING for the Southwest Corner of the tract being described herein at
an iron rod set for the Southwest Corner of the said Taylor tract in the
monumented East line of F.M. Highway 2931;
THENCE North Ol Degrees 59 Minutes 00 Seconds East with the West line of
said Taylor tract and the East line of said highway a distance of 40,49
feet to an iron rod set;
THENCE North 13 Degrees 21 Minutes 44 Seconds East continuing with said

Corner thereof;
THENCE, North 88 Degrees 53 Minutes 00 Seconds West with the South line of
said Taylor tract a distance of 265.23 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
enclosing 1.000 acres of land.
