COMMENCING at the southwest coney of said Henry White Survey,;
Thence, North 00 degrees 25 minutes 39 seconds East, 3350 feet,

to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
BEGINNING at a 5/81, iron rod set in the center of New Hope Road
and being the southeast corner of said 222.544 acre tract and
being the northeast corner of tract of land conveyed to Frank C.

COMMENCING at the southwest coney of said Henry White Survey,;

All that certain tract of land situated in the HENRY WHITE SUR—
VEY, ABSTRACT NUMBER 1332 and being all of a 222.544 acre tract
of land described in the deed conveyed to Properties of the
Southwest, Inc. recorded in Volume Page Deed
Records of Denton County, Texas and being more particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southwest coney of said Henry White Survey,;
Thence, North 00 degrees 25 minutes 39 seconds East, 3350 feet;
Thence, North 89 degrees 50 minutes 08 seconds East,. 4090.55 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
BEGINNING at a 5/811 iron rod set in the center of New Hope Road
and being the southeast corner of said 222.544 acre tract and
being the northeast corner of tract of land conveyed to Frank C.
Hoffer according to the deed recorded in Volume 1169, Page 812,
D.R.D.C.T.;
THENCE, South 89' degrees 50 minutes 08 seconds West, generally
along an existing barbed wire fence being the south line
of said 222.544 acre tract and the north line of said
Hoffer tract, 4090.55 feet to a fence post for corner
being the southwest corner of said 222.544 acre tract and
the north west corner of a tract of land conveyed to
Kevin Coffey according to the deed recorded in Volume
3157, Page 483, D.R.D.C.T.;
THENCE, North 00 degrees 25 minutes 39 seconds East, generally
along a barbed wire fence being the west line of said
222.544 acre tract of land, 3552.70 feet to a fence
corner post for corner and being the southwest corner of
a tract of land conveyed to Gary Holeman according to the
deed recorded in Volume 2838, Page 938, D.R.D.C.T.;
THENCE, North 89 degrees 34 minutes 38 seconds East, generally
along an existing barbed wire fence being the north line
of said 222.544 acre tract, 2032.06 feet to a 5/8" iron
rod set for corner and being the northwest corner of a
tract of land conveyed to Fred W. Teves according to the
deed recorded in Volume 537 , Page 182, D.R.D.C.T.;
THENCE, South 00 degrees 12 minutes 51 seconds West, generally
along an existing barbed wire fence, 2372.83 feet to a
5/811 iron rod set for corner and being the southwest
corner of a tract of land conveyed to J. Stephen Appleton
according to the deed recorded in Volume 2562, Page 291,
D.R.D.C.T.;
THENCE, North 89 degrees 27 minutes 48 seconds East, generally
along an existing barbed wire fence being the south line
of said Appleton tract, 2040.96 feet to a 5/8" iron rod
set in the existing centerline of said New hope Road and
being the southeast of said Appleton tract;
THENCE, South 00 degrees 00 minutes 01 seconds East, along the
existing centerline of said New Hope Road, 1202.15 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The tract of land herein described contains 9,694,019 square feet
or 222.544 acres of land, more or less.

partnership to Patten corporation recorded in Volume 3352, Page 811
of the Real Property Records of Denton County, Texas; the subject
tract being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING for the Southeast corner of the tract being described
herein, at the Southeast corner of the Patten 222.544 acre tract in
New Hope Road;
THENCE South 89 Degrees 40 Minutes 07 Seconds West generally along
a fence with the South line of the Patten 222.544 acre

of land described in the deed conveyed to Properties of the
Southwest, Inc. recorded in Volume Page Deed
Records of Denton County, Texas and being more particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southwest coney of said Henry White Survey,;
Thence, North 00 degrees 25 minutes 39 seconds East, 3350 feet;
Thence, North 89 degrees 50 minutes 08 seconds East,. 4090.55 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
BEGINNING at a 5/811 iron rod set in the center of New Hope Road
and being the southeast corner of said 222.544 acre tract and
being the northeast corner of tract of land conveyed to Frank C.
Hoffer according to the deed recorded in Volume 1169, Page 812,
D.R.D.C.T.;
THENCE, South 89' degrees 50 minutes 08 seconds West, generally
along an existing barbed wire fence being the south line
of said 222.544 acre tract and the north line of said
Hoffer tract, 4090.55 feet to a fence post for corner
being the southwest corner of said 222.544 acre tract and
the north west corner of a tract of land conveyed to
Kevin Coffey according to the deed recorded in Volume
3157, Page 483, D.R.D.C.T.;
THENCE, North 00 degrees 25 minutes 39 seconds East, generally
along a barbed wire fence being the west line of said
222.544 acre tract of land, 3552.70 feet to a fence
corner post for corner and being the southwest corner of
a tract of land conveyed to Gary Holeman according to the
deed recorded in Volume 2838, Page 938, D.R.D.C.T.;
THENCE, North 89 degrees 34 minutes 38 seconds East, generally
along an existing barbed wire fence being the north line
of said 222.544 acre tract, 2032.06 feet to a 5/8" iron
rod set for corner and being the northwest corner of a
tract of land conveyed to Fred W. Teves according to the

THENCE, South 00 degrees 12 minutes 51 seconds West, generally
along an existing barbed wire fence, 2372.83 feet to a
5/811 iron rod set for corner and being the southwest
corner of a tract of land conveyed to J. Stephen Appleton
according to the deed recorded in Volume 2562, Page 291,
D.R.D.C.T.;
THENCE, North 89 degrees 27 minutes 48 seconds East, generally
along an existing barbed wire fence being the south line
of said Appleton tract, 2040.96 feet to a 5/8" iron rod
set in the existing centerline of said New hope Road and
being the southeast of said Appleton tract;
THENCE, South 00 degrees 00 minutes 01 seconds East, along the
existing centerline of said New Hope Road, 1202.15 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

All that certain tract of land situated in the Henry white Survey
Abstract Number 1332, Denton County, Texas and being a part of the
called 222.544 acre tract described in the deed form J-M-L, a co-
partnership to Patten corporation recorded in Volume 3352, Page 811
of the Real Property Records of Denton County, Texas; the subject
tract being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING for the Southeast corner of the tract being described
herein, at the Southeast corner of the Patten 222.544 acre tract in
New Hope Road;
THENCE South 89 Degrees 40 Minutes 07 Seconds West generally along
a fence with the South line of the Patten 222.544 acre
tract a distance of 4090.55 feet to a fence corner post
at the Southwest corner thereof called to be in the west
line of the White Survey about 3350 feet Northerly from
the Southwest corner thereof;
THENCE North 00 Degrees 15 Minutes 38 Seconds East generally along
a fence with the West line of the Patten 222.544 acre
tract a distance of 3552.70 feet to a fence corner post
at the Northwest corner thereof and the Southwest corner
of the called 18.378 acre tract described in the deed to
Gary Holman et ux recorded in Volume 2838, Page 938 of
the said Real Property Records;
THENCE South 89 Degrees 55 Minutes 53 Seconds East generally along
a fence with the South line of the Holman tract a
distance of 387.95 feet to 1/21, iron rod found at a fence
post for the Southeast corner thereof and tire Southwest
corner of the called 16.707 acre tract described in the
deed to Paul Schilleci recorded in volume 908, Page 973
of the said Real Property Records;
THENCE. North 89 Degrees 38 Minutes 53 Seconds East continuing
generally along the fence with the South line of the
Schilleci tract a distance of 931.08 feet to an iron rod
found at the fence post for Southeast corner thereof and
Southwest corner of the called 18.378 acre tract
described in the deed to Bill G. Fox et ux recorded in
Volume 724, Page 682 of the said Real Property Records;
THENCE North 88 Degrees 28 Minutes 46 Seconds East continuing
generally along the fence with the South line of the Fox
tract a distance of 706.88 feet to a fence corner post at
the Southeast corner thereof and the Northwest corner of
the called 50.638 acre tract described in the deed to
Fred Teves recorded in Volume 537, Page 182 of the said
Real Property Records;
THENCE South 00 Degrees 53 Minutes 12 Seconds West generally along
an established fence with the west line of the Fred Teves
tract a distance of 1061.48 feet to a crosstie fence post
at the Southwest corner thereof and Northwest corner of
the called 59.852 acre tract described in the deed to J.
Stephen Appleton, Jr. recorded in Volume 2562, Page 251
of the said Real Property Records;
THENCE South 00 Degrees 56 Minutes 02 Seconds East generally along
the established fence with the west line of the said
Appleton tract a distance of 1294.76 feet to an iron
round found at the fence corner post for Southwest corner
thereof and a reentrant corner of the Patten 222.544 acre
tract;
THENCE North 89 Degrees 17 Minutes 48 Seconds East generally along
a fence with the South line of the Appleton tract and a
North line of the Patten 222.544 acre tract a distance of
2040.97 feet to the Easterly Northeast corner thereof in
New Elope Road;
THENCE South 00 Degrees 10 Minutes 01 Seconds East along New Hope
Road with an East line of the said Patten 222.544 acre
tract a distance of 1202.15 feet to the Point of
Beginning and enclosing 221.663 acres of land.
