Gregory and Connie Jo Asher ore the owners of the following: All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in Denton County, Texas, a port of the Francisco Trevino Survey, Abstract No. 1243, and being out of and a part of a tract said to contain 41.16 acres as described in a deed to Paul Redfearn, et ux, recorded under Denton County Clerk's File No. 94-R0041326, and more particularly being comprised of the following: (1) Al of a 2.50 acre tract described in a deed to Johnny L. Highway No. 2931 for the most Easterly Northeast corner of a 5.592 acre tract described in a deed to Phillip Sharp, et ux, as recorded under Denton County Clerk's File No. 97--R0048372, said corner being the Southeast corner of the tract conveyed to Asher and the Southeast corner of the premises herein described; THENCE North 87 degrees 39 minutes 14 seconds West 858.94 feet to a steel fence post at a re-entrant corner of said 5.592 acre tract for the Southwest corner of said Asher tract; THENCE along on Easterly line of said 5.592 acre tract, North 02 degrees 22 minutes 22 seconds East at 223.52 feet passing the most Westerly Northeast corner of said 5.592 acre tract and in all a total distance of 253.39 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set at the Northwest corner of said Gregory tract; THENCE South 87 degrees 39 minutes 14 seconds East 860.19 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod found on the West right-of-way line of said F.M. Highway No. 2931 for the Northeast corner of said Gregory tract; THENCE South 02 degrees 39 minutes 23 seconds West a distance of 253.39 feet to the Place of BEGINNING and containing 5.00 acres of land.
