corner of a called 3.00 acre tract of land described in a deed to Sharon Aline Redfearn and Leslie
Shea Frazier as recorded in County Clerk's File Number 94-R0071748, Real Property Records of
Denton County, Texas,
Thence North 88 Degrees 40 Minutes 33 Seconds West with the South line of said 3.00 acre and
37.11 tract, a distance of 218.40 feet to a 1/2" capped iron rod found at the Southwest corner of
said 3,00 acre tract same being the Southeast corner of a called 2.74 acre tract described in the
deed to Roger Smith at ux as recorded in Volume 4324, Page 2272, Real Property Records of Denton
County, Texas;
