Byers recorded in Volume 1820, page 662 of the Real Property Records of Denton County, said comer being the Southeast comer hereof, THENCE North 86 degrees 20 minutes 05 seconds West 563.05 feet to a steel fence corner post at the Southwest comer hereof, said comer being the Southeast comer of said L. E. Williams tract; THENCE North 05 degrees 22 minutes 31 seconds East a distance of 858.23 feet to the Place of BEGINNING and containing 11.11 acres of land.
