lot, tract, or parcel of land situated in the C. B. Emmons Survey Abstract Number 403 in the Extra Territorial
Jurisdiction of the City of Aubrey, Denton County, Texas, being all that certain "Tract 11" of land conveyed by deed
from the Linda G. Reuter Revocable Living Trust to Redstone Construction Commercial, Inc. recorded under
Document Number 2016-42353, Real Property Records, Denton County, Texas, and being more particularly
described oafollows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod set for corner in Rock Hill Road, a public roadway, said point being the southeast
corner of that certain "Tract I" of land conveyed by deed from The Linda G. Reuter Revocable Living Trust to
Redstone Construction Commercial, Inc. recorded under Document Number 2O1O-42353`Real Property
Records, Denton County, Texas;
THENCE S 01 0 50'00" E, 312.57 feet with said Rock Hill Road to an iron rod set for corner;
THENCE S 890 43'46" W, 1232.79 feet with said Rock Hill Road to an iron rod set for corner in the east line of
that certain tract ofland conveyed bydeed from VVhdfie!dW.Byers and wife, Kathleen D.Byers toWhitfield NL
Byres and wife Kathleen D. Byers, Trustees recorded under Document Number 2011-73320, Real Property
Records, Denton County, Texas;
THENCE N 000 42'01" E, 311.99 feet with said east line of said Byers tract to an iron rod set for corner, said
point being the southwest corner of said Redstone Construction Commercial "Tract 1";
THENCE N 890 42'20" E, 1218.98 feet the south line of said Redstone Construction Commercial "Tract I" to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 8.786 acres of land, of which 1.094 acres are hereby dedicated for public
roadway.
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BYTHESE PRESENTS THAT WE, the aforesaid dohereby adopt this
Minor Plat designating the herein above tract as LOTS I through 4, BLOCK A, DEER FIELD ADDITION, an
addition to the City of Aubrey, Denton County, Texas, and do hereby dedicate to the public use forever all utility
easements, drainage easements, and streets as shown hereon, All and any public utilities shall have the full right
to remove and keep removed all growths which may endanger or interfere with the construction, maintenance, or
efficiency of its respective system on the utility easement for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing,
inspecting, patrolling, maintaining and adding to or removing all or part of its respective systems without the
necessity atanytime ofprocuring the permission ofanyone.
