WHEREAS, Thomas Ear) Looper, Gerold Edward Looper, Gerald Michael
Looper and NicoleLooper are the owners of that certain tract or parcel
of land lying and being situated in Denton County, Texas, a port of the
C.B. EMMONS SURVEY, ABSTRACT N.O. 403, and being out of and part of
that certain tract said to contain 17.923 acres as described in a deed
to Doyot Edward Looper recorded In Volume 2105, POT', 152 of the Real
Property Records of Denton County, said tract or parcel of land is herein

37000) found at bend in Rock Hill Road for the Northeast comer of said
17.923 acre tract and the Northeast comer of the premises herein
described;

passing a steel post and in all a total distance of 380.64 feet to a
point for the Northwest carrier of said 17.923 acre tract and the
Northwest corner hereof;
THENCE South 88 degrees and 19 minutes 09 seconds East a distance
of 2088.00 feet to the Place of BEGINNING and containing 10.70 acres
of land.
