described by metes and bounds as follows:
All that certain tract or parcel of land being and including all of Lot 5 and
Lot 6, Block D. ALAMEDA PARK SUBDIVISION, an addition to the city of
Krugerville, Denton County, Texas, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Volume 10, page 11, Plat Records of Denton County, Texas, and being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 5/8 inch iron rod set (with cop marked "J.E. SMITH 3700")
on the south line of Cortes Street for the northeast corner of said Lot 5
and the northeast corner of the premises herein described;
THENCE south 02 degrees 06 minutes 57 seconds west 161.18 feet to an
one—half inch capped iron rod found for the southeast corner of said Lot
5, said corner being the northeast corner of a tract described in a deed
to Patricia Ann Woodrick recorded under Clerk's Document No.
2002-123336 of the Real Property Records of Denton County;
THENCE north 87 degrees 51 minutes 07 seconds west 200.00 feet to a
5/8 inch capped iron rod set for the southwest corner of said Lot 6 and
the southwest corner hereof;
THENCE north 02 degrees 06 minutes 57 seconds east 162.18 feet to a
5/8 inch copped iron rod set on the north line of Cortes Street at the
northwest corner of said Lot 6;
THENCE along the south line of Cortes Street, south 87 degrees, 33
minutes 57 seconds east a distance of 200.00 feet to the Place of
BEGINNING containing 0.742 of an acre of land, and designated herein as
the POTTER ADDITION to the City of Krugerville, Texas, and whose name is
subscribed hereto, hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, watercoruses, drains, easements, rights —of —way and
