BEGINNING at a Power Pole for the southeast corner of the herein described tract of
land, from which a Wood Monument bears, North 04 degrees 11 minutes 07 seconds
East, for 1.54 feet, some being the northeast corner of a 20 foot right-of-way
Dedication, recorded in Instrument Number , Official Public Records,
Denton County, Texas (O.P.R.D.C.T.), further being in the northwest right-of-way line of
