Whereas Benton W. La Fleur is the sole owner of a tract of land
situated in the City of Carrollton, Denton County, Texas, and being

recorded in Volume 893, Page 67 of the Deed Records of Denton
County, Texas, and being more particularly described by Metes and
Bounds as follows:
Beginning at 3/8" iron rod found on the west line of Haymeadow Road
a 50 foot wide public right—of—way, and being the southeast corner

to a 5/8" iron rod set the arc of a non —tangent curve to the left;
Thence along the arc of the said non —tangent curve having a radial
bearing ,of South 5639'22" East, a radius of 60 feet and a
central angle of 115'23'37" a distance of 120.84 feet to a 1/2
