Per the City of Carrollton, Texas Ordinance, a six foot high, solid, masonry screening fence shall be
provided on the Fast and South property lines by the builder and roast be installed prior to a final
certificate of occopency.
The selling off of a protion Of this tract without filing a replat with the City of Carrollton is a
