TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WHICH SHALL BE BINDING UPON THE OWNER, HIS,
HERS, GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS:
THE PROPOSED DETENTION AREA ALONG BLOCK 11/8752 WITHIN THE LIMITS OF
THIS ADDITION, WILL REMAIN AS DETENTION AREAS TO THE LINE AND GRADE
SHOWN ON THE PLANS AT ALL TIMES AND WILL BE MAINTAINED BY THE INDIVIDUAL.
OWNERS OF THE LOT OR LOTS THAT ARE TRAVERSED BY OR ADJACENT TO THE

FROM THE FLOW OF WATER ALONG, INTO OR OUT OF SAID DETENTION AREAS. OR
FOR THE CONTROL OR EROSION.
NO OBSTRUCTION TO THE NATURAL FLOW OF STORM WATER RUN-OFF SHALL BE
PERMITTED BY FILING OR BY CONSTRUCTION OF ANY TYPE OF DAM, BUILDING.
BRIDGE, FENCE, WALKWAY OR ANY OTHER STRUCTURES WITHIN THE DESIGNATED
DETENTION AREAS, AS HEREINAFTER DEFINED IN BLOCK 11/8752, UNLESS APPROVE
BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS & TRANSPORTATION. PROVIDED, HOWEVER, IT
IS UNDERSTOOD THAT IN THE EVENT IT BECOMES NECESSARY FOR THE CITY OF
DALLAS TO ERECT ANY TYPE OF DRAINAGE STRUCTURE IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE
STORM DRAINAGE THAT MAY BE OCCASIONED BY THE STREETS AND ALLEYS IN OR
ADJACENT TO THE SUBDNISION, THEN IN SUCH EVENT, THE CITY OF DALLAS SHALT.
HAVE THE RIGHT TO ENTER UPON THE DETENTION AREAS,
AT ANY POINT, OR POINTS TO ERECT, CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN ANY DRAINAGE
FACILITY DEEMED NECESSARY FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES. EACH PROPERTY OWNER
SHALL KEEP THE DETENTION AREAS TRAVERSING OR ADJACENT TO HIS PROPERTY
CLEAN AND FREE OF DEBRIS, SILT, AND ANY SUBSTANCE WHICH WOULD RESULT
IN UNSANITARY CONDITIONS OR BLOCKAGE OF THE DRAINAGE. THE CITY OF
DALLAS SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT OF INGRESS AND EGRESS FOR THE PURPOSE
OF INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION OF MAINTENANCE WORK BY THE PROPERTY
OWNER, OR TO ALLEVIATE ANY UNDESIRABLE CONDITIONS WHICH MAY OCCUR.

owner of tract of fond situated in the H. Miller Survey, Abstract
No. 847 and the J. McConts Survey, Abstract No. 885 in the City
of Dallas, Denton County, Texas and being part of Dallas city
Block Number 8746. said tract also being all of Lot i, Block
11/8752 of Valley View Christian Church, an addition to the
City of Dallas as recorded in Plot Cabinet 'i", Slide 346 or Vol,
2746. Pg. 0269 of the plot Records of Denton County, Texas, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a Set 5/8-inch iron rod with blue plastic
cop, stamped R.P.L.S. 4410, for corner at the point of intersection
of the northerly right-of-way line of Old Mill Rood (60.00 foot
width) and the easterly line of Millwood Place (53.00 foot width)
for the southwesterly corner of the tract herein described;
THENCE North 00 deg. 14 min. 16 sec. West with the
easterly right-of-woy line of Millwood Place, a distance of
555.18 feet to a cut "x' found for the northwesterly corner
of the treat herein described;
THENCE North 89 deg. 45 min. 44 sea East with the

HAVE THE RIGHT TO ENTER UPON THE DETENTION AREAS,

FACILITY DEEMED NECESSARY FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES. EACH PROPERTY OWNER
