of said 2.264 acre tract same being an interior ELL corner of Corinth Shore Estates, an addition
to the City of Corinth, Texas as recorded in Volume 2, Page 108, Plat Records of Denton County,
Texas;
THENCE North 00009'00" East, along an easterly line of said Corinth Shores Estates and the
westerly line of said 2.264 acre tract, at a distance of 325.38 feet, passing a 1/2 inch iron
rod found at the northwesterly corner of said 2.264 acre tract and also being the southwesterly
corner of said 3.998 acre tract and continuing along said line a total distance of 708.00 feet,

distance of 190.86 feet, to a 1/2 inch iron rod found at the northwesterly corner of said 3.998

Any public utility, including the City of Corinth, shall have the
right to move and keep moved all or part of any building, fences,
trees, shrubs, other growths or improvements which in any way endanger
or interfere with the construction, maintenance, or efficiency of its
respective systems on any of the easements or right-of-way shown on
the plat; and any public utility, including the City of Corinth, shall
have the right at all times of ingress and egress to and f rom and upon
said easements for the purpose of construction, reconstruction,
inspection, patrolling, maintaining and adding to or removing all or
part of its respective systems without the necessity at any time of
procuring the permission of anyone. Easements shall be maintained by
property owners. The City can move trees or any other improvements and
does not have the responsibility to replace them.
Emergency access and fire lane easements shall be provided in locations
required by the City of Corinth. These easements shall have a minimum
width of twenty-four (24) feet and a minimum height clearance of
fourteen (14) feet. All turns shall have a minimum inside radius of
twenty-six (26) and a minimum outside radius of fifty (50) feet. Any
emergency access and fire lane easement more than one hundred (100)
feet in length shall either connect at each end to a dedicated public
street or be provided with a cul-de-sac having one hundred (100) feet
diameter of paving with an additional distance of ten (10) feet on all
sides clear of permanent structures or other obstructions. These
easements shall be paved in accordance with Corinth's Design Criteria
and shall be maintained by means of a Homeowner's Association, or
other means as approved by the City of Corinth.

Any public utility, including the City of Corinth, shall have the
right to move and keep moved all or part of any building, fences,
trees, shrubs, other growths or improvements which in any way endanger
or interfere with the construction, maintenance, or efficiency of its
respective systems on any of the easements or right-of-way shown on
the plat; and any public utility, including the City of Corinth, shall
have the right at all times of ingress and egress to and f rom and upon
said easements for the purpose of construction, reconstruction,
inspection, patrolling, maintaining and adding to or removing all or
part of its respective systems without the necessity at any time of
procuring the permission of anyone. Easements shall be maintained by
property owners. The City can move trees or any other improvements and
does not have the responsibility to replace them.
Emergency access and fire lane easements shall be provided in locations
required by the City of Corinth. These easements shall have a minimum
width of twenty-four (24) feet and a minimum height clearance of
fourteen (14) feet. All turns shall have a minimum inside radius of
twenty-six (26) and a minimum outside radius of fifty (50) feet. Any
emergency access and fire lane easement more than one hundred (100)
feet in length shall either connect at each end to a dedicated public
street or be provided with a cul-de-sac having one hundred (100) feet
diameter of paving with an additional distance of ten (10) feet on all
sides clear of permanent structures or other obstructions. These
easements shall be paved in accordance with Corinth's Design Criteria
and shall be maintained by means of a Homeowner's Association, or
other means as approved by the City of Corinth.
