deed to W. W. Marshall recorded in volume 416, Page 600 Deed
Records, Denton County, Texas, also being part of a tract conveyed
to Western Hills Partnership by deed recorded in volume 2099, Page

Beginning at a fence corner post, saiQ'cepo nt-being ih the north
line of said Marshall tract and the west right of way line of
Interstate Highway 35, also being the northeast corner of said
Western Hills tract;
Thence South 03 degrees 35 minutes 10 seconds East with said
right-of-way a distance of 400.00 feet to a set half inch rebar
for the southeast corner of the herein described tract;
