NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WE, CADG Belleville Viliage, LLC, owners ofthe hereinabove described
property, do hereby adopt this Final Plat designating the same as Belleville VillageAddition, Phase 11, an addition to the City of Lewisville, Denton
County, Texas, and do hereby dedicate to public use forever, all streets and alleys shown hereon, and do hereby dedicate the easement strips shown
hereon for the mutual use and accommodation of the City of Lewisville and all other publio utilities desiring to use or using same. No buildings,
fences, trees, shrubs, signs or other improvements or growths shall be constructed over or across the easement strips shown on said plat The City of
Lewisville and any public utility shall have the right to remove and keep removed all or any part of buildings, fences, trees, shrubs or signs or other
improvements which in any way endanger or interfere with the construction, maintenance or efficiency of its respective system on any of these
easement strips, and the City of Lewisville or any public utility shall at all times have the right of ingress and egress for the purpose of constructing,
reconstructing, patrolling, maintaining or adding to or removing C or any part of its respective system without the necessity at any time of procuring
