addition to the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas according to the plat thereof recorded in Cabinet M,
Page 119, Plat Records, Denton County, Texas, said point being the southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 12 of

from E. W. Belcher and wife, Wanda M. Belcher to Jerry Kelsoe recorded under Document Number
2008-2230, Real Property Records, Denton County, Texas, said is being the southwest comer;
THENCE WEST, 101.92 feet with said north line of said Auto Zone Addition and with the north line of that
certain tract of land conveyed by deed to Lucia Garcia recorded under Clerk's File Number 03-111813, Real
Property Records, Denton County, Texas, to an iron rod found for corner in the east line of Industrial Street,
a public roadway having an apparent right-of-way of 70.0 feet;
THENCE IN 000 11' 57" E, 72.62 feet with said east line of said Industrial Street to an iron rod found for
comer, said point being the southwest comer of that certain tract of land conveyed by deed from Will Logan,
Sr. and wife, Opal Logan to Leonard Stansberry and wife Bettie Mae Stansberry recorded in Volume 1618,

THENCE N 890 19' 31 " E, 101.93 feet with the south line of said Stansberry tract to an iron rod set for corner
in the west line of said Lot 2 in said Block 12 of said Alex Robertson Addition;
THENCE S 000 11'57" W, 73.82 feet with said west line of said Lot 2 to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.171 acre of land, or 7462 square feet.
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT We, the aforesaid do hereby adopt
