STATE OF TEXAS ; COUNTY OF DENTON WHEREAS We, Lewisville Independent School District, are the owners of the herein described tract of land and do hereby adopt this Final Plat designating the some as L.I.S.D. Elementary School #40 Addition, on addition to the City of Lewisville, Denton County, Texas, and do hereby dedicate to public use forever, ail streets and alleys shown hereon, and do hereby dedicate the easements shown on the plat for the mutual use and accommodation of the City of Lewisville and all public utilities desiring to use or using some.
