Denton County, Texas, and does hereby dedicate to the public use forever the streets
and alleys shown hereon, does hereby dedicate the easement strips shown on the plot

desiring to use, or using some. No buildings, fences, tees, shrubs,' signs, or other
improvements shall be constructed or placed upon, over or across the easement strips
on said plot,
