Volume 2, Page 177, Plat Records, Denton County, Texas, same being a tract of land conveyed to Rory and Rodney Kendrick by deed
recorded in Instrument Number 2008-133269, Deed Records, Denton County, Texas and being more specifically defined by metes and
bounds as follows: (Bearings are based on the State Plane Coordinate System, Texas North Central Zone (4202) North American
Datum of 1983 (NAD 83) (US Foot) with a combined scale factor of 1.000150630);
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch rebar found for the southwest corner of said lot 22, same being the northwest corner of Lot 23, Block of said
Lakewood Estates, and lying on the east right of way line of Lakeland Drive (60 foot right of way);
THENCE North 00 degrees I 1 minutes 36 seconds West, with the east right of way line of said Lakeland Drive, a distance of 101.04
feet to a 1/2 inch rebar capped "ASC" set for comer and being the beginning of a curve to the left with a radius of 128.88 feet, a central

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
THAT Rory and Rodney Kendrick do hereby adopt this plat designating that the herein above described property as an Amending
Plat of Lakewood Estates Addition Lots 21R and 22R, Block 4, an addition to the City of Highland Village, Denton County, Texas,
and do hereby dedicate, in fee simple, to the public use forever, the streets and alleys shown thereon. The streets and alleys are
dedicated for street purposes. The easements and public use areas, as shown are dedicated for the public user forever, for the purposes
indicated on the plat. No buildings, fences, trees, shrubs or other improvements or growths shall be constructed or placed upon, over or
across the easements as shown, except that landscape improvements may be placed in landscape easements, if approved by the City of
Highland Village. In addition, utility easements may also be used for the mutual use and accommodation of all public utilities being
subordinate to the public's and City of Highland Village's use thereof. The City of Highland Village and public utility entities shall
have the right to remove and keep removed all or parts of any buildings, fences, trees, shrubs, or other improvements or growths which
in any way endanger or interfere with the construction, maintenance or efficiency of their respective system in said easements. The
City of Highland Village and public utility entities shall at all times have the full right of ingress and egress to and from their respective
easements for the purpose of construction, reconstruction, inspecting, patrolling, maintaining, reading meters and adding to or
removing all or parts of their respective systems without the necessity at any time of procuring the permission of anyone.
This plat approved subject to all platting ordinances, rules, regulations and resolutions of the City of Highland Village, Texas.
