Abstract Number 721 and the G. W. McGlothlin Survey, Abstract Number 888, City of Corinth, Denton County, Texas, and being part of that certain
called 41.70 acre tract of land described as Tract One and part of that certain called 62.667 acre tract of land described as Tract Four in deed to
