(called) 5.012 acre tract of land conveyed by deed from J. B, Page and Anthony J.
Flum to Jonathan Eugene Dale and wife, Elizabeth Ann Dale recorded in Volume
2826, Page 640, Real Property Records, Denton County, Texas, and being more
particularly described as follow;
BEGINNING at a fence corner in the south line of that certain tract of land
conveyed by deed from David R. Fulton, et at to Victor John Lockwood recorded
in Volume 1235, Page 457, Deed Records, Denton County, Texas, said point
being the northeast corner of that certain tract of land conveyed by deed from A. J.
•Fium et at to Robert M. Lockwood and wife, Sandra E. Lockwood recorded in
Volume 1867, Page 382, Deed Records, Denton County Texas;
THENCE S 890 43' 41" E, 774.73 feet to an iron rod found for corner in the west
line of that certain tract of land conveyed by deed from Hal Jackson et at to Brent
