inch rebar pin set in Harpole Road and being on the north line of a tract shown by

Real Property Records of Denton County, Texas, also being the north line of said
Chamber Survey and the south line of the T. Gazaway Survey Abstract Number 479
Denton County, Texas, said pin being North 89 degrees 51 minutes 17 seconds East
498.29 feet from the north west corner of said Argyle Partnership tract; said pin also
being the northwest corner of said General Telephone tract;
