also being at the intersection of the west line of State
Highway 114 (a variable width right-of-way) and a corner clip

THENCE South 38 degrees 20 minutes 33 seconds West, along
said corner clip, a distance of 12.31 feet to a 1/2-inch steel
rod found for a corner, said rod being on the north line of
said Howe Road and also being on the south line of said Lot

THENCE North 89 degrees 07 minutes 57 seconds West, along
said south line, a distance of 242.07 feet to a 1/2-inch steel
rod found for a corner, said corner being the southwest

THENCE Northeast, along the east line of said Lot 4, a
