according to the plat thereof recorded in Cabinet U, Page 366, Plat Records,
Denton County, Texas, as amended by correction plat recorded in Cabinet W, Page
746, Plat Records, Denton County, Texas and being more particularly described by
metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at a 5/8".iron rod set with plastic cap stamped "R.P.L.S. 5199" in the
south right of way line of Swisher Road (100' right of way), the northeast line
of the M.K. & T. Railroad (1001 right of way), also being the northwest corner
of said Lot 1, Block A;
THENCE, along said south right of way line, the north line of said Lot 1, North

end of said curve;
THENCE, continuing along said common line, North 16 degrees, 53 minutes, 25
seconds West, a distance of 0.79 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing
80,870 square feet or 1.8565 acres of land, more or less.

hereby adopt this plat designating the herein described property as the plat of
Q.T. 940 ADDITION, an addition to the City of Lake Dallas, Denton County, Texas
