COMMENCING at a steel rod lying on the North side of Sam Reynolds Road, said point
dying by deed call 9 1/2 varas (26.39 feet) North of the South line of the Mary Polk Survey
and also Iying by deed call 128 varas (355.56 feet) East of the Northeast corner of the
Guadalupe Cardinas Survey, Abstract No. 214, said point also lying North 01°25'10"
West, 19.74 feet from the Southeast corner of that certain 35.000 acre tract of land

THENCE North 01°22'23" West, continuing along a fence along the East line of said
Foxbane Estates, 797.71 feet to a steel rod at the POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE North 01022123/1 West, continuing along a fence along the East line of said

Stockton/Rowe tract, passing a steel rod at the Southeast corner thereof and the most
Southwest corner of that certain 38.409 acre tract of land described in a deed from
Hurchel E. Caldwell and wife, Barbara A. Caldwell to Terry A. Jones and wife, Kathy D.
Jones as recorded in Volume 1223, Page 971 of the Deed Records of Denton County,
Texas at 234.04 feet, continuing along a fence along the South line of said Jones tract, in
