The easements shown hereon are horoby reserved for ttee purposes

hereby dedicated in fee simple to the Town of Flower Mound for
municipal purposes. The utility and fire lane easements
(9treots, alleys, and common areas) shall be open to the
Public, fire and police units, garbage and rubbish collection
agencies and all public and private utilities for each
particular use. No buildings, trees, shrubs or other
improvements or growths shall be constructed, reconstructed or

utility shall have the right of ingress and egress to private
property for the purposes of reading meters and any maintenance
