BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod found for the most western comer of said Lot 11 in the southeast line of Sellmever Lane (a 60 foot
wide right-of-way), said point also being., the northwest corner of Lot 10 of said Block C of Village Estates;
THENCE North 27 degrees 13 ) minutes 00 seconds East, with the southeast line of said Sellinever Lane, a distance of 215.00 feet to a
11 /2 inch iron rod found for the most northern corner of said Lot 12;
THENCE South 62 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds East, along the northern line of said Lot 112., a distance of 338.34 feet to an iron rod

THENCE northwesterly along said curve to the left, an are distance of 81.46 feet to an iron rod found at the end of said curve to the left
and the beginning of a reverse curve to the right, having a radius of 30.00 feet, a central angle of 67 degrees 58 minutes 32 seconds, and
a chord which bears South 83 degrees 13 minutes 44 seconds West-, a distance of 33.54 feet;
THENCE southwesterly along said curve to the right, an are distance of 35.59 feet to an iron rod found at the end of said curve to the
right;
THENCE North 62 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West, continuing along the north line of said Cuero Place, a distance of 5.84 feet to
