Construction not completed within two years of the City approval shall be subject to current Subdivision Rules and
Regulations.
The owners of all comer lots shall maintain sight triangles in accordance with the city subdivision ordinance.
Reverse frontage comer lots shall have a side yard fence setback of 15' in accordance with the city subdivision
