2006-6694 of the Real Property Records of Denton County, Texas, and being the southwest corner

Records of Denton County, Texas, and being the northwest corner of that certain called 4.13 ocre

land described in deed to Beall Concrete Enterprises, Ltd., recorded in Document Number 2008--12476
of the Real Property Records of Denton County, Texas, continuing with the east line of said 9.431
core tract a total distance of 1282.24 feet to a 1/2" capped rebor found (McCullah) at the
northeast corner thereof and being the northwest corner of said 21.587 acre tract, and being on the
south line of said Elsie Lou Haddock tract and the north line of said 41.457 core troct'.
THENCE N 88*59'00' E, 1139.68 feet with the north line of said 41.457 ocre tract and the north line
of said 21.587 acre tract and the south line of said Elsie Lou Haddock treat to the POINT OF
BEGINNING and containing approximately 21.566 acres of tend.
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That We, Northlake Corners LLC., do
hereby adopt this plot designating the herein above described property as Northlake Comers,
an addition to Denton County, Texas, and do hereby dedicate to the Town of Northlake, the
streets and alleys shown hereon and do hereby reserve the easement strips shown on this
plot for the mutual use and accommodation of garbage collection agencies and all public
utilities desiring to use or using some. Any public utility shall hove the right to remove and
keep removed all or port of any buildings, fences, trees, shrubs, or other improvements or
growths which in any way endanger or interfere with the construction, maintenance, or
efficiency of its respective systems on any of these easement strips and any public utility
sholl at oil times have the right of ingress and egress to and from and upon the said
easement strips for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, inspecting, and patrolling,
without the necessity at any time of procuring the permission of anyone.
