Information current and upcoming projects in Downtown Denton
BACKGROUND:
A recent request was made to obtain additional information on construction projects in Downtown
Denton. The following is listing of known projects, their status, and estimated timeline for
completion within the next 90 days.

Cedar Street Parking Lot Remove/replace
surface parking,
install landscaping,

spaces. Project will
also include missing
sidewalk segment
between Cedar and
Elm (south side of
McKinney).
