Upon entry, gate found open, upon exit gate closed and locked. Chem Tanks labels need replaced, PVC connections at tanks
need to be sealed,Tank 2 thief hatch needs repair,Vegetation inside TB fence needs to be removed, @Compressor- HPG 30
suction controller venting-needs repair, stains around compressor need remediation. On 12/19/17, RW conducted a follow-
—up inspection of the well site. All items requiring further attention from the Operator were resolved.
