a follow-up inspection of the well site.All items requiring further attention from the Operator were not yet resolved.The Operator was contacted
—and/or another follow-up inspection will be conducted. On 6/28/18 RW conducted a follow-up inspection. Operator took all tanks out of service
_and emptied tanks. Containment repair is waived until tanks are in service
