Containment needs repair,Tanks need Hazcom Labels, On 5/16 reviewed containment condition on site with operator and found
separator drain leaking. Operator responded and made repairs within 2 hours of discovery of leak. . On 6/18/18,RW conducted a follow-
-up inspection of the well site.All items requiring further attention from the Operator were not yet resolved.The Operator was contacted and/or
—another follow-up inspection will be conducted. On 7/19/18 RW conducted the 2nd Follow-up Inspection with Operator representative present-
-during inspection. Issues with the well site remain unresolved.Operator is evaluating equipment conditions and will summit a plan with a time
frame to resolve issues. Additional inspections will be conducted via spot inspections
