immediate actions were needed. On 12/9/19,RW conducted a follow-up inspection of the well site.All items requiring further attention from the Operator were not
yet resolved.The Operator was contacted and/or another follow-up inspection will be conducted. On 1/27/19,RW conducted a 2nd follow-up inspection of the well
site. All items requiring further attention from the Operator were not yet resolved.
Note: Containment liner was discovered leaking and needs repair. Operator on site and observed leak.A followup for repairs will be scheduled.
