attention was forwarded to the Operator for resolution. No immediate actions were needed. On 12/20/19,RW conducted a follow-up inspection of
the well site.All items requiring further attention from the Operator were not yet resolved.The Operator was contacted and/or another follow-up
inspection will be conducted. On 1/29/19,RW conducted a 2nd follow-up inspection of the well site. All items requiring further attention from the
