Surplus equipment needs to be removed from site. Tank 2 needs enardo vent valve installed. Location is holding water around tank
battery and needs repaired.

immediate actions were needed. On 12/9/19,RW conducted a follow-up inspection of the well site.All items requiring further attention from the
Operator were not yet resolved.The Operator was contacted and/or another follow-up inspection will be conducted.On 1/27/20,RW conducted a
2°d follow-up inspection of the well site. All items requiring further attention from the Operator were resolved.
