At compressor DV controller venting needs repair(red flag), Open ended valve (on discharge side)leaking needs repair. At Separator,
Regulator at supply pot leaking at tubing connector(red flag). Stairway landing missing top hand rail (red flag) . On 6/4/20 RW and AP
conducted a spot inspection. DV controller at compressor was venting. All other issues were addressed . On 6/10/20, RW conducted a
follow-up inspection of the well site. Operator resolved all items requiring further attention
