Lease road has pools of water(holding water), ruts, holes and errosion cuts needs repair. Well-head (well C)tubing connector leaking
needs repair(red flag), Chem Tank pump leaking needs repair(red flag). Well A tubing connector leaking needs repair(red flag).
Separators A, C, Dv controllers venting needs repair(red flag). Tanks B,C thief hatches venting needs repair(red flag). Containment
liner flange attaching liner to wall is separated and not sealing resulting in Containment leaks. Oil Stains where compressor was installed
needs remediation. Weed control needed. On 6/4/20, RW&AP conducted a spot inspection. Thief Hatches B&C need repair. All
other issues were addressed. On 6/10/20, RW conducted a follow-up inspection of the well site. Operator resolved all items requiring
further attention
