Please see the following clarifications and modifications to the solicitation packet:
Question 26 from Addendum 1 shall be amended to read:
Do all the subs need to complete the forms or just the respondent? Specifically conflict of interest, if yes, how would this meet the page requirement?
No, only the respondent must complete the forms. We do request that the respondent identify the subs they intend to use. Once contracted, the firm will need to notify the City of any
changes in the subs.
Attachment E provided in the main document must be completed by the submitting firm only.
The State of Texas Certificate of Interested Parties (1295) form will only be completed by the contracted firm(s).
RFQ 6590 Exhibit 2, A. General Provisions, Section 3 shall be amended to read:
3. MINIMUM RESPONSE
Submittals that do not, at a minimum, contain the Attachments will be subject to disqualification at the sole discretion of the City of Denton. If any firm submitting a proposal is a
corporation, it must be registered to conduct business in the State of Texas.
RFQ 6590 Exhibit 2, A. General Provisions, Section 14, shall be amended to read:
14. AWARD
The City will award the contract to the firm(s) on the basis of demonstrated competence for a fair and reasonable fee.
NO OTHER CHANGES AT THIS TIME.
Please acknowledge addendum on Attachment F of the main solicitation document when submitting a proposal.
