Proposals will be received by the City of Denton, at the address detailed below, prior to 11:00
A.M. April 30, 2019, for the following:
RFP # 7020 - Construction of Three (2019) Playgrounds
Qualified prospective suppliers may obtain copies of the proposal with information at
www.dentonpurchasing.com
Proposals received later than the specified time and date will be returned unopened.
A Pre-solicitation conference will be held at 2:30 P.M. April 9, 2019 at the City of Denton,
Materials Management Department, 901-B Texas St., Denton, TX, 76209.
Each proposal must be accompanied an acceptable bid bond payable without recourse to the
City of Denton, Texas in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the proposal submitted
as guarantee that the proposer will enter into a contract and execute a performance bond, a
payment bond and insurance certificate within ten (10) days after the notification of the award.
The City of Denton, Texas reserves the right to reject or accept any proposal and award to the most
advantageous proposal received.
Local, minority and small business vendors are encouraged to submit proposals.
