ADDENDUM # 1
Following are responses to the questions asked by potential vendors during
the pre-submittal conference:
Q1. Will sub-contracting be allowed on this contract?
R1. Contractor cannot sub-contract to another competing firm the entire contract,
City is aware that contractor may have to sub-contract for leasing to manufacturer
E.G. Coke or Dr. Pepper Company.
Q2. Is the contractor going to be limited to one brand of beverage/snacks or can we
submit brands of the product?
R2. Please submit brands and the City will decide the products
Q3. What will happen to the current vending machines operating on City property?
R3. City will remove and auction machines in current service
Q4. Will this be the only vending contract City wide or the current system of some
departments operating their own vending machines be allowed to continue?
R4. This will be the only City wide contract for vending machines
Q5. What is the City historic spend through the current machines, revenue and issues
with servicing?
R5. Please review attached sales sheet of annual revenue from machines currently
serviced.
NO OTHER CHANGES AT THIS TIME.

main solicitation document when submitting a proposal.
