The initial three (3) year period of Contract 5017 expired on October 5, 2015. The City of Denton would
like to exercise its second renewal option and renew its contract with McGriff, Seibels & Williams of
Texas, Inc. for an additional one-year period through October 1, 2017, if agreed to by both parties, with
the renewal pricing as shown in the attached Exhibit A and all other terms and conditions remaining the
