The following are changes to the specification sheet:
Q1: Can assembly drawing details be provided?
A1: Assembly drawing details will be provided upon award for pole design and
fabrication.
Q2: Please clarify Section V.E.9.b, “The maximum pole deflection under
critical transverse loading with (250B, 250C or 250D) load case shall not
exceed 10% of the total height above ground, including a 3 degree
foundation rotation at the groundline.”
A2: In reference to the technical specifications section V.E.9.b: Please
provide deflection criteria to only 250C (exclude 250B and 250D) as this
load case does not include OLF’s. Everyday deflection criteria of 1% is
still required.
